APIWATCH: #14: closing time

Every night at 11 pm. I go to pick Samlee up.  I watch the employees from the evening shift cross through the lobby on their way to their way out.  the cars slowly crawl out of the parking garage cold exhaust breath against the backdrop of a cold wet rainy Tuesday night.

See you tomorrow. Same time same place.

APIWATCH: #11: Six feet six feet under

At the CVS with sam.  Never noticed the cemetery there before.  I turned to Sam and asked her...if someone stood over there would they be six feet under six feet under?  Let's find out.

APIWATCH: #10: Pseudo

So.  I made a video of two packages I got from amazon.  A large box that could have fit a few regular sized board games and a smaller one about the size of a college text book.  Inside the small one was several books.  Inside the bigger one was a trifold laminated study card on macroeconomics.  This item could have easily fit inside the smaller box...had they folded it how it was supposed to be.  The smaller box could fit inside the larger box.  I would have liked to post this video...but you can see my address clearly in one of the shots so I am scared to post it for fear of someone showing up at the house.  So...her is a picture of the dinner table covered in my garbage.

APIWATCH: #9: Whoa.

It is starting to set in.  I had to go down to the credentialing office today to get a packet in order to start the transition.  I still don't believe it is happening.  I am really excited, nervous, anxious, happy...other...adjectives.

APIWATCH: #8: Draft

Well.  That is certainly more effective than making new years resolutions to inspire me to lose weight.

APIWATCH:#7: Helios

I work 7-330.  Sam works 3-1130.  Sam drives me to work at 7am comes home.  Then drives back to work at 3pm.  Leaves the car in the garage for me and I take it home.  I come back to the hospital at 1130 to pick her up. Then go back to bed.  I snapped this picture on my way home in the afternoon.  This is a industrial laundrymat on broad street near work.  I hate the streetlight on this corner.

APIWATCH: #6: Resolution

I created non-resolutions.  Id write about them...but that would be beyond 1000 characters.

APIWATCH:#5: Boobytrap

I cannot help but to think Tony is purposely trying to get his bike run over by this guy.  Normally he chains it up to a lamppost.  I would have to theorize Tony broke or damaged his bike and now is attempting to get this guy to destroy his bike so he could demand recompense for a non-functioning bike.  Who knows what stupidity lurks in the hearts of morons?

APIWATCH:#4: So this is Christmas...

I was attempting to get a better shot of the protesters but the traffic started moving again.  My phone is so slow with pictures.  Typing that kills me a little inside for saying my phone fails at doing something that is not supposed to be its main function.

These protestors are standing outside the closed and abandoned (for the most part) Fort Monmouth in Eatontown, NJ.  Normally, i would not poop on protesters but these three were standing in the snow demanding "No More Wars".   They gestured for people to honk. I was curious if there was any irony in the fact she they were protesting war outside a closed and abandoned military facility.

Sam hypothesized that they were waiting for the bus, since there was a stop right there. So they go down there and protest passively while they wait for the bus to pick them up.

APIWATCH:#3: Nanookte of the Township

We finally got our first snow storm.  I had to break icicles off Dante's toenails after this walk.  Not for nothing he really does seem to love the snow.  You can clearly see his post bathroom victory laps in the snow after he urinates or poops.

As part of my forced not quite hashed out New Year’s Resolutions,  I am going to attempt a picture a day.  Well.  Turn my blog into an ongoing photo essay.  A Picture is Worth a Thousand CHaracters.  Happy New Years!  Sam and I went to the neighbors for New Year’s Eve or NYE as all the trendy people say. It was a pajama party.  Happy. Fun.  "Hip." Time to start thinking of resolutions I suppose.
